40g Grape-Nuts
Fresh Raspberries
Fresh Blueberries
Fat Free Yogurt (or Quark)
Cover the base of your bowl/dish with 1/2 of the Grape-Nuts (20g)
Layer with yogurt
Layer with a small handful of raspberries & blueberries
Repeat layer of yogurt
Top with remaining Grape-Nuts and berries
This works well with any fruit so feel free to mix it up!
