Post-Workout Tropical Refresher
Ingredients
170g low-fat plain Greek yogurt
60ml coconut water
2 Tablespoons Grape Nuts Cereal
95g cup frozen mango chunks
4 fresh mint leaves
Garnish: fresh mint leaves
Method
Place all ingredients in to a blender and process until smooth.
Pour into a glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
